Info: So we were roleplaying as security, and the first thing that happened was that Tom came with his RCV, and rammed into like 6 people and 3 cars, running us over and killing 2 of us and asking what we are doing, which to that we responded, "We are setting up for roleplay". He just disregards that and continues saying "Oh OK" (Just wanted to mention that)
The main thing that many of us are reporting him for, is unfair bans and staff abuse + being awfully rude to every player. We were just done setting up, and there happened to be a 24/7 robbery currently going down in Sandy Shores, so we drove over and was going roleplay blocking off the road for civilians so they wouldn't interfere with the cops and currently going on robbery. But one of our members misunderstood and parked in the front of the 24/7, but as he got out it was too late to drive further, as the robber was then opening fire and shooting at our friend. Tom then proceeds to ban our friend for FailRP for driving through a roadblock and parking where the police are, (Mind you we are security and we are also counted as state emergency units.) We realised this and all 6 (4 at first, 2 joined later but during the situation) of us went into a meeting room with an Admin and told him what was going on. He wanted to hear with Tom what was going down, but as you probably know that doesn't work, since Tom is always rude and angry and doesn't let anyone talk to him.
We then spotted tom in-game in his RCV and tried to make contact out of roleplay and he listened. We asked if he could join the meeting room for questioning and he responded to "No if you ask one more time I will kick you and ban you too". So we asked the Admin if he could make contact with Tom and he teleported to us by the PD and was there as we asked again. Tom then proceeded to ban all of us for "arguing with staff". May I add that Tom is a "STAFF MANAGER". He should treat everyone fair and stay serious through every situation no matter what it regards. Everyone should be questioned if possible. If they were banned fairly sure. But all of these was unfair bans and he is also behaving like trash. I also want to add that we are one of the small amounts that actually is roleplaying seriously here. And he bans us ?
As mentioned before, a Staff Manager should stay serious at all times no matter what. And as a player on the server, I believe that Tom is not eligible to be a staff member on PCRP, and he should be demoted. I've seen him doing loads of bad stuff and also seen many complaints on him. Some people don't want to report him as they are afraid to get banned instantly because they have an opinion against him.
Please treat all of our reports seriously and remove Tom as a staff manager permanently. Thank you
